How to add Sub Users to our game panel and or discord tickets

This guide outlines the steps to add sub-users to our game panel and our discord ticketing system. Please note that linking your Discord account to our billing system is required. For more information, click here.

Adding Sub Users to the game panel

First, please log in to our game panel. After logging in, navigate to the server selection page. You can see an example of this page below:

Next, select the server to which you wish to add or grant a user access by clicking "Manage Server". Once you have selected the appropriate server, navigate to the "Users" tab located on the left sidebar. If you are using a mobile device, you will need to open the sidebar by clicking the three lines at the top bar.

You will then be directed to a screen similar to the one shown below. Please note that the appearance may vary slightly on mobile devices.

Finally, click the "New User" button, enter the email address, and choose the permission level you want to assign. After entering all the information and selecting the user's permissions, click the "Invite User" button to send them an email to set up their account.

Note: If you want to add more users or edit an email address or a user's permissions, simply follow these steps.

Adding Sub Users to discord tickets

Before following the steps to add sub-users to a Discord ticket, ensure your Discord account is linked to our billing account (more info here), as this process only applies to our customer tickets.

Note: All added subusers will be included in every customer ticket, including those created by you (the owner). For example, if a subuser creates a customer ticket, you and all other subusers will be added as well.

• First go to our discord tickets channel and create a "General Support" ticket.
• The proceed to run the following commands in the ticket that oppened:
  • /subuser add to add a sub user
  • /subuser remove to remove a sub user
  • /subuser list to see all added sub users
