Linking Guide
/link
Link your Discord username to your Alderon ID. You only need to be verified once.
As a user of the bot, you can link your in-game account to Discord by using the following command:
link [server_name] [alderon_id] [member]
The command has only 3 arguments. Here is a rundown of what each argument is:

server_name | (Required) The name of the server you are currently on and want to verify yourself on. |
alderon_id | (Required) Your Alderon ID. You can find your Alderon ID on the launcher. |
member | (Optional) The member you want to link. You do not need to fill this out to link your own account. |
WARNING
For linking your account, please ensure that you are on the server you want to link your account to and have whispers enabled. If you are not, the bot will not be able to verify you.
After you run the link command, PotBot will send you a verification code to your Alderon ID in a whisper. Make sure to remember the code or copy it somewhere as you will need it for the next step.

Verify your Discord username to your Alderon ID
Now that you have the code, you can verify yourself on Discord. To complete your verification, go back to the Discord server you want to did the link command on and use the following command:
/verify [code]
The command has only 1 argument:

Once you run the command with the provided code, you will be verified and be able to use the commands that require you to be verified!
/unlink
Unlink your Discord and Alderon ID
Once you run the command with the provided code, you will be verified and be able to use the commands that require you to be verified!
/unlink
This command has no arguments and will unlink your Alderon account from the bot. You will have to re-link your account if you want to use the commands that require you to be linked.
IMPORTANT
Be aware that if you unlink your account, it may remove all your stats from the bot and it will NOT be recovered. If you are unable to unlink your discord from your AGID, you will need to submit a ticket with GSH.
